The KKP (Krist Kiran Pariwar), a covenant community in Pune organized a 3-day camp at Lonavla, that began on FRIDAY (16 Oct. 2009) evening and ended on MONDAY noon(19 Oct. 2009). The main thing that took place was the Visitation by the Sword of the Spirit (SOS) to confirm the completion of Stage-1 of KKP’s formation. And KKP passed the interview. Hurray!!! Now, KKP has moved ahead from being an Affiliate Member of SOS to being an Underway Member - A of SOS.

This is a big reason to celebrate. The whole of the community is very happy.

(Last Weekend) THURSDAY - FRIDAY
Last weekend i was at home in Ballarpur to meet aunt Sullu and take a trip to Shegaon. I left from Pune on Thursday evening (5:30 PM) by the Pune-Nagpur Express (TRAIN), that reached Nagpur in the morning at 9.45 AM. I stayed back at my friend’s place for a few hours and resumed travelling at 1:00 PM. By the time I reached home it was 5:30 PM. I got left & right for reaching home late (3 hours late), but then everything happens for some good.  This incident gave me my first theme.

By the way, this visit home was to meet my aunt Sullu from Raipur (Chattisgarh), who was here for the summer vaccation.  I also got to meet my cousins (Pranjal & Tushar a.k.a Venkat), her sons.
FRIDAY - SATURDAY
We (3 families. 2 mom’s sisters & ours) spent the rest of the day gossiping, laughing and feeling happy about this family get together.  Saturday was better atleast for me. My headache abated by then, because of the travel. Just like any other day, I talked to some of my friends about this visit. That is when I was told to write about something, Love, Family anything… I couldn’t guess a theme then.
SUNDAY
Sunday arrived, and we (I, mom & sis) got ready for the morning Mass, every Sunday at 8:00 AM. The Church looks very beautiful now. There I met James uncle and aunty, Dad’s elder Brother. I felt nice seeing them. The time after we returned from Mass was spent in packing for the journey to Shegaon. Evening 5:00 PM we reached the Railway Station.This is where I found my second theme. I started writing about these after boarding the Train.
The First theme - I’ve come away from home and i’m finding it hard to decide whether I should return back.
The Second theme - Its about the love that was left behind but not forgotten.
MONDAY
Well, I was in the Train and was happy to get some topics to write about. We reached there early morning at 1:30 AM and were waiting to be accomodated in the rooms made available by the Temple authority. We got the rooms at around 4:00 AM. This place is more like a pilgrim place. There is a temple and a very beautiful garden Anand Sagar there, that belongs to the Temple. We spent the next day visiting these places. I left for Pune at around 9:30 PM and reached pune at 8:00 AM.

And all this while I was trying to complete the poems. I’ll publish them soon.
